How does personalization work?
Our puzzles are fully personalized. During the ordering process, you’ll be able to add names or custom text exactly as you’d like it to appear on your puzzle. Please double-check spelling before placing your order, as personalized items are made specifically for you.
Can I preview my personalized puzzle?
At this time, we do not offer live previews. However, our design process ensures clear, clean engraving based on the information you provide.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and demand, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary based on destination.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel personalized orders.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your personalization, please contact our support team with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Are personalized items refundable?
Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as spelling errors or changes of mind. However, if there is a defect or mistake on our end, we’ll gladly replace your item or issue a refund.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We never store your full payment details.
